Troubleshooting
Problem
With DSPM configured to read from AWS S3 buckets there is an error "Data store classification has stopped. Classification for this data store has encountered an issue. Please contact support".
Resolving The Problem
In this instance rescanning the data store resolved the issue. Go to Data store details -> Click on the 3 dots in the right corner -> Click on re-scan data store. That will initiate a rescan of the data store.
