IBM FileNet Capture Professional 5.2(Capture) custom application is getting the error "The instruction at '0x0d406b7a' referenced memory at '0x0d533dc0'. The memory could not be 'read'." when exiting the application.

A new Capture .NET project was created, and the Scan.ocx component was added to the project. The application ran without any problems. However, when closing the application, a message box popped up indicating, "The instruction at '0x0d406b7a' referenced memory at '0x0d533dc0'. The memory could not be 'read'."
