IBM Decision Optimization Center (IDOC) ODM runtime version not in sync error

Troubleshooting


Problem


After you install and configure IBM Decision Optimization Center to work with Maximo® Scheduler for the optimization feature, take action of "Run Optimization" in Graphical Scheduling application, there is error in SystemOut.log such as

 
25 Aug 2020 19:34:32:188 [ERROR] [MAXIMO] [] Unable to open a session context on data server because ODM runtime versions on client (3.9 Patch Level 1) and server (3.9 Patch Level 0) are not in sync.
ilog.odm.datasvc.IloInvalidSessionException: Unable to open a session context on data server because ODM runtime versions on client (3.9 Patch Level 1) and server (3.9 Patch Level 0) are not in sync.

Initially caused by :
ilog.odm.datasvc.IloInvalidSessionException: Unable to open a session context on data server because ODM runtime versions on client (3.9 Patch Level 1) and server (3.9 Patch Level 0) are not in sync.
    at ilog.odm.datasvc.impl.spi.local.IloUserManagerImpl.checkSessionProperties(IloUserManagerImpl.java:1212)
