IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture throws datetime value out-of-range error

Troubleshooting


Problem

When adding a fingerprint, it fails. The Rulerunner log shows datetime value out-of-range error when a new fingerprint is being inserted.

Symptom

When we call FindFingerprint(true), which adds a new fingerprint to the
database, we get the below error. We are using SQL Server database.
