DB2 for z/OS user requirements
To monitor the health of DB2 for z/OS subsystems, the user ID that is specified in the connection to the monitored database must have the required privileges on the stored procedures that are listed in the following table.

You specify this user ID when you create the database connection in the Databases page, or when you are prompted for a user ID and password when you select a database on another page of the web console.
