Problem
IBM Data Replication Change Data Capture (IDR CDC) for MS SQL Server cannot use FastLoad Refresh and it terminates with login error.
Symptom
IDR CDC instance logs the following ODBC driver error at instance startup:
com.datamirror.ts.target.apply.mssql.MssqlBcpApply verifyFastloadPath() A SQL exception has occurred. The SQL error code is '18456'. The SQL state is: 28000. The error message is: |[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Login failed for user '<user>'
However, both JDBC refresh and Mirroring works fine. IDR CDC user's password was changed and updated recently.
