Abstract
Subscription and Support Program Overviews and Governing Documents:
IBM Cognos customers find themselves in one of four categories:
1. If you are a direct IBM Cognos Subscription and Support customer, who has migrated from IBM Cognos Standard Support to either IBM's Passport Advantage (PA) or IBM's Passport Advantage Express (PAE), please refer to the IBM Software Support Handbook http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/set2/sas/f/handbook/home.html and visit Passport Advantage Online for further program information http://www.ibm.com/software/howtobuy/passportadvantage/index.html. PA and PAE cover new license acquisition and software subscription and support (S&S)
2. If you are a direct IBM Cognos Subscription and Support customer, who has not yet migrated to IBM's Passport Advantage (PA) or IBM's Passport Advantage Express (PAE), and is currently entitled to IBM Cognos' legacy Standard Support, please refer to the IBM Cognos Support Plans Guide for further information in regards to program details and service deliverables: http://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/data/cognos/support/en/about/IBM_Cognos_Support_Plans_Guide.pdf
3. If you are a direct IBM Cognos Subscription and Support customer, who is entitled to IBM Cognos' legacy Advantage or Premier Support Program, regardless of your standard support program (legacy IBM Cognos Standard Support, IBM Passport Advantage or IBM Passport Advantage Express), please refer to the IBM Cognos Support Plans Guide for further information in regards to program details and service deliverables: http://public.dhe.ibm.com/software/data/cognos/support/en/about/IBM_Cognos_Support_Plans_Guide.pdf
4. Some IBM Cognos Business Partners will be accredited and migrated into IBM Software ValueNet (SWVN) Program. Please refer to the following website for further program information: http://www-2000.ibm.com/partnerworld/pwhome.nsf/weblook/pat_sw_valuenet.html
