Troubleshooting
Problem
IBM has refreshed the IBM Cloud Private version 3.1.0 media, which was released on September 14th.
Symptom
An ICP 3.1.0 environment that is running without the refreshed media may face issues with the following scenarios:
1. Using the upgrade action on a helm chart from the ICP user interface will not display a license accept agreement option.
2. When a Cloud Automation Manager (CAM) service definition includes helm=charts, you will not be able to create instances of services from the ICP Catalog.
