Symptom
sudo docker run -e LICENSE=accept --net=host --rm -t -v "$(pwd)":/installer/cluster ibmcom/icp-inception-amd64:3.2.1.2203-ee upgrade-prepare
Can't find config.yaml file
Please correct your command and run again
