The badge holder demonstrates a commitment to improving the support experience for all IBM clients by active participation in the IBM Client Support Council.  This individual has helped IBM deliver a superior support experience through their constructive feedback and suggestions.

What it takes to earn this badge:

  • Attend a minimum of 5 IBM Client Support Council meetings
  • Consistently provide feedback to IBM on IBM Client Support Council calls which results in improved delivery of IBM support

This badge earner demonstrates a long-standing commitment to improving the support experience for all IBM clients by active participation in the IBM Client Support Council. They have been a leader in helping IBM deliver a superior support experience through their constructive feedback and suggestions - not only in meetings, but with their between-meeting activities, which help IBM further refine and improve the support experience for all clients.

What it takes to earn this badge:

  • Earn the IBM Client Support Council - Member badge.
  • Attend a minimum of 10 IBM Client Support Council meetings.
  • Consistently provide feedback to IBM on IBM Client Support Council calls which results in improved delivery of IBM support.
  • Perform 3 of the following:
    • Refer 2 new members that join and participate in the support council;
    • Refer 10 new volunteers for the Sponsor User Program;
    • Present at a local User Group meeting on the IBM Support Transformation and your involvement/experiences;
    • Record a 1-2 minute video – a short interview on your Support Transformation experiences;
    • Join the sponsor user program, and participate in a usability test or design session with the IBM design team;
    • Write a blog discussing your experiences with the Support Transformation;
    • Join an internal IBM call and present your company's view of the IBM Support Transformation;
    • Provide a written testimonial on your experiences with IBM Support.
