IBM Case Client generates Unable to find a PureEdgeAPI.ini file when opening a case configured to use IBM Forms

Troubleshooting


Problem

A user cannot open case which is configured to use IBM Forms due to SRVE0293E: [Servlet Error]-[ibmForm]: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Initialization error: Unable to find a PureEdgeAPI.ini file

Symptom
