Problem

How to troubleshoot a Pixel translations (ISIS) drivers Scan Issues using IBM FileNet Capture Professional.

Symptom

If the user has encountered a Pixel Translations driver error, or any error while scanning, have the user test scanning using MViewn.exe, located in the Windows\Pixtran folder.

If the error or issue can be duplicated when using MView, then we can eliminate the problem as being an integrity issue with Capture Professional. The root cause of the issue could be with the actual scanner, the scanner drivers or the operating system.
