Prerequisites for IBM® Datacap Version 9.1.6, Interim Fix 002

Installing IBM® Datacap 9.1.6, Interim Fix 002

To install the IBM® Datacap 9.1.6, Interim Fix 002, use the following procedure:

Procedure

  1. Download the 916 iFix 002 package from  Fix Central .
  2. Extract the 916 iFix 002 package, and run the Update.exe file.

Access the IBM Content Navigator administration tool and update the JAR file path to use the latest DatacapWebPlugin JAR file. For more information, refer to documentation.

IO27101 190395 Datacap Desktop In Datacap Desktop application, when a user attempts to change the page type of an image in batch tree view, the selection does not persist hence preventing the change from being saved.
IO27102 188788 Datacap Services In Datacap Web Client after creating a QA Job, it is not picked up when the "Period" configuration setting under Administrator\QA tab is set to value of 50 while the same setting works with a value of 34.
IO27189 189180 Actions imail.im_scan () fails to poll the specified mail server for incoming emails with image attachments when it is polling against multiple inboxes and instead returns an "NullReference" exception error.
IO27211 190369 Recognition OCR_A.Recognize action displays spaces randomly in between characters in the output text file after it returns its recognition results.
IO27281 189664 Datacap Desktop In Datacap Desktop Application, images scanned using ISIS panel are displayed as blank pages in the viewer even though they are correctly populated in batch treeview.
IO27285 190389 Datacap Desktop In Datacap Desktop, executing "Run Validation" button on any other page other than main page selected in batch treeview will generate an exception error.
IO27285 189734 Datacap Desktop In Datacap Desktop, selecting a field (Invoice Number) on one of the pages in batch treeview and then switching to same page type shows the focus moved to another field (invoice total) in the data panel.
IO27291 189720 Datacap Services rrunner.rrAddTMGroup2Batch () fails to assign the group the user belongs to the current batch and instead returns an error, "invalid group" in taskmaster logs.
IO27340 190113 Datacap Web Launching a batch for Verify in Datacap Web Client will intermittently return Error Message: Could not find file '\Datacap\tmweb.net\App_Data\w2btyjy02sfacdusxteganou\tm000002cco.xml' possibly where the application does not create or use fingerprints.
IO27366 190690 Datacap Web Datacap Web Client returns port number and IP address number when Datacap server services are down or if it is incorrectly entered in Datacap Application Manager causing this to be security violation.
