If the toolkit operations are interrupted in a manner which prevents it from cleaning up locks, the STRFSFLASH may issue message IAS0764. First, ensure there really isn't a Flash Copy in progress on any of the controllers in the cluster. Then use the RLSCSELCK command to remove the specified lock. Note that the message in the log will indicate the name and type of lock. Once a lock is cleared, the next STRFSFLASH may pause, waiting for another lock, so repeat the RLSCSELCK for that lock type etc.
Note: ZAPDDDLCK was used up to 4.3, after that it was changed to RLSCSELCK.
