Problem
In i2 Analyze, after connecting to a SQL Server data source using Connector Creator, the query execution fails with "java.lang.RuntimeException: There was an error while making the HTTP request please check the logs for more information."
Cause
This error on query:
java.lang.RuntimeException: There was an error while making the HTTP request please check the logs for more information. usually indicates that there is some configuration problem that is preventing the query from executing.
Resolving The Problem
Check your data source configuration.
- Examine your JDBC driver settings in
server.datasources.xmlfor any typos in<library>and<dataSource>settings. - When connecting to SQL Server, ensure that the SQL Server Browser service is running.
