Question
For my IBM® DB2® Content Manager with an Oracle library server, I get an RPC error ORA-28575 when I try to access the library server, either from the system administration client, Client for Windows, or another client program. This happens only when the client program is on a machine other than the Oracle server (remote access). ORA-28575 Unable to open RPC connection to external procedure agent
