Problem

An?Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 404 error is raised when using the Download All --> Download to?RealiTea Viewer (RTV) feature for Active sessions:? "HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found? The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script add a handler.? If the file needs to be downloaded add a MIME map".? Attached is a sample request causing this error:

http://<SERVER>/portal/temp_chart/4e2spe55iecioeeymodssijv634850405265714277searchresults.tlx

The MIME type for the .tlx extension is missing at the?Internet Information Services (IIS) level.
Solution

To correct the problem for IIS 7:
  1. Open the IIS Manager.
  2. Double-click on Default Web Site.
  3. Double-click on MIME Types.
  4. Click on Add in the right pane.
  5. On the Add Mime Type window add .tlx as File name extension and application/rtv as MIME type (see attached screen capture).
  6. Click on OK.
  7. Be sure that sessions can be downloaded via the Download All button.
