The HTTP_REFERER header field is missing from certain sessions.

Solution
There are multiple reasons that can explain why the HTTP_REFERER header field is not populated.
This field may be empty when the customer:
This field may be empty when the customer:
- Opened the site as first page in the window or tab.
- Typed the URL in the browser address bar itself.
- Opened the site from a browser bookmark.
- Moved from a HTTP page to a HTTPS one.
- Moved from a HTTPS page to a HTTP one.
- Browsed the site programmatically without setting the referrer header.
- Is behind a proxy/firewall which strips the referrer from all requests.
Some browser addons and antivirus software can also block this header for privacy reasons.
