Question
Can the httpadminconsole administer Apache server instances on iasp with PowerHA setup?
Cause
Several similar Technotes exist regarding Independent ASP server instance configurations, but a common administrative console is not yet documented

Answer
For IHS server on iasp, Web Admin GUI supports to start/stop/management, but creating IHS server on independent asp is not supported. You can take following steps to make the http server on independent asp:
1. Create an http server using web admin GUI
2. Copy the http dir in /www to iasp
3. Modify the instance path in QUSRSYS/QATMHINSTC.
>strpdm
>3
>Input file and library
File QATMHINSTC
Library QUSRSYS
> Find your instance and select option 18
> Input to edit the first line
*RECNBR: 00000001
> Update the content to add your iasp path
Instance Data: -apache -d /IASP1/www/testihs -f conf/httpd.conf
4. Restart Admin server to manage this instance on iasp
Suggest submitting a Request for Enhancement (RFE) for development management build plan on HTTP Admin GUI.
