Problem
Remote partners get randomly http error 503 when trying to connect to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (ISBI) via a HTTP server adapter.
Symptom
Remote clients report error:
HTTP 503 Server too busy please try again later
The HTTP server log reports:
[2016-02-11 12:22:19.356] ERROR 000000000000 GLOBAL_SCOPE The servlet returned Unavailable due to the bp queue depth threshold being exceeded
