Problem
HTTP ERROR: 403 FORBIDDEN
Symptom
Sterling File Gateway; All Releases
Cannot access File Gateway.
Have access to the GIS dashboard.
New SFG install.
HTTP ERROR: 403
FORBIDDEN
RequestURI=/filegateway/
Error displays on screen upon attempt to access File Gateway.
Cause:
filegateway_ui.properties file is missing from the properties directory under
the SFG install directory.
Note that filegateway_ui.properties file
includes the below example url definition for File Gateway access:
notification.admin.url=http://xx.xxx.x.xx:12345/filegateway
