Problem
The client got HTTP 403 Forbidden error when export to Excel via IIS Portal, using FQDN in url (eg :
https://
Symptom
When exporting to Excel 2003 works fine, using <font>https://<Server name></font> However get above error when accessing via However get above error when accessing via <font>https://<Fully Qualified Host name></font>. All other export functions work fine (PDF, XML). There is no error shown in IIS logs.
