Problem
Elaborating the data dictionary for IBM Rational® Rose® Data Modeler with Rose scripts is a challenging task . Rose REI (Rose Extensibility Interface) does not support Data Modeler elements directly, so some information might be difficult to extract. For example, the property IsPrimaryKey of the Attribute Class which determines if the attribute is part of the PrimaryKey, always returns false, even when the attribute is part of the PrimaryKey. This technote demonstrates how to write the data dictionary for a Rational Rose Data Model
