Here are the steps to check which users are still connected to a given database:
Note: Sybase SQL Anywhere was a supported database with Rational TestManager versions 2003.06.15 and earlier.

1. Open Sybase Central
   (Start > Programs > Rational Software > SQL Anywhere 8 > Sybase Central).
2. Select Tools > Connect (or click the F11 key).
3. For User type DBA and for Password type SQL.
4. Click the Database tab, press the Find button and select the service you want to check.
5. Under Database file, browse out to the desired tds.db (Note: there is a tds.db file in the project's TestUsersAndGroups folder, the TestDatastore folder and the TestDatastore\DefaultTestScriptDataastore folder).
6. Uncheck both Start database automatically and Stop database after last disconnect.
7. Click OK.
8. If you see a gray cylinder with your project name on it, click the plus (You may need to go through steps 3-7 again if there is a red X on the cylinder).
9. Click on the Connected Users folder. You should see everyone connected to the database, including yourself as the DBA.
10. Select Tools > Disconnect (or click F12) to disconnect.
