How to use an Xforms web template

Troubleshooting

Problem

Web Template Designer will not launch. Web Template implemented in a release prior to release 4.3 is not present after upgrade to 4.3 or later.

Symptom

Unable to locate custom Xforms Web Template created in a lower version after upgrading to 4.3 or later

Launching Web Template Designer from Deployment > Web Extensions > Utilities fails with error in Java Webstart.
