Problem
When used in a Cognos Analytics report the Trend Arrow visualization (sample.sign.trend) always seems to show just a green arrow.
Symptom
In the visualization properties there is a 'Conditional styling' option allowing to choose between 'Low values are bad' or 'Low values are good' - if this setting is changed the arrow(s) seem to be always red.
What threshold/condition determines if values are 'Low'.
