How to use a REST Client to collect data and troubleshoot issues

Summary

Some data can be requested by IBM's Technical Support for further analysis on some aspects of our applications that are gathered by using the REST/OSLC API.

To collect them you would need a REST Client, which is responsible for making the calls to the application and also showing you the application's responses.

​​​​​​​There are many REST Clients out in the market that have the same functionalities and even similar interface layout, like Postman©. In this technote we use the browser extensions compatible with Chromium (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge) and Mozilla Firefox, called YARC and RESTClient.
