How to use OpenMPI built from Intel Compiler
Resolving The Problem
OpenMPI on the PCM 1.2 is built using the gnu compilers. Some users with Intel compilers would like to have the OpenMPI built with the Intel Compiler.
Download OpenMPI source code and manually build with the Intel compilers, then install it on a shared location across the cluster.
When users can get the pre-build Intel version OpenMPI RPM packages, users can also deploy this package across the cluster.
For details regarding using custom RPM packages, refer to "Add RPM packages not in RHEL to nodegroups" in the PCM 1.2 user's guide.
