Process on how to use ASKTZ
1. Login into Techzone .
2. You will find the ASKTZ icon at the bottom of the page.

3. When click on that icon you will get the below page.

4.If you have any query regarding TechZone, then click on Ask a question.
5. Then, ask the query you have and it will search and will provide you the answer.
Example: "How to extend the reservation?"
And it will provide you the below answer
6. If you need to ask any other question then click "yes" to continue, if not click no to end the chat.7. Likewise, if you want to open a support case, then click on creation of case and this will show you the below page. This will lead you our web case page and you can open support case from there.
