Terms of use Rich Text HTML guidelines:
Terms of use Rich Text HTML zip file should confirm to the following guidelines:
1. Root folder name should start with locale.
2. Root folder should contain default html page and any images files/folder, styles/-
folder, additional html pages.
<locale>
|
--<base html page>
|
-- img
|
-- <image files>
|
-- styles
|
-- < css files >
e.g,
en_US
|
- tou.html
|
- img
|
- company_log.jpg
- ..
Note: Actual folder structure within the locale directory depends on how default html page is
designed.
- Zip file should contain Terms of use contents for all enabled languages. If Terms of use
contents doesn't exist for any given locale, while rending the Terms of use page, system
defaults to en_US locale.
So below are the steps to create a file structure so that it can be uploaded in?Rich Text Html file under Terms of Use:
-Create a folder say TOU.
-Under this TOU folder create language specific folders :
Language - Folder Name
English - en_US
French - fr_FR
German - de_DE
Italian - it_IT
Spanish - es_ES
Traditional Chinese - zh_TW
Simplified Chinese - zh_CN
Brazilian Portuguese - pt_BR
Japanese - ja_JP
Korean - ko_KR
So the folder TOU will contains folders like 'en_US' 'fr_FR' etc.
-Under the language folder copy your html file that needs to be displayed.
-Compressed the file so the name of file would be like TOU.zip (This file should show the language folders directly)
-Rename the file by pressing F2 button and add '.txt' at the end of the file name. So the name of the file would be?TOU.zip.txt
-Now you can upload this file into the application under Term of Use.
***Note:?Make sure to add exact name of the html file under 'Default Page' field.
