How do I completely remove Access Client Solutions?
Cause
User wants to completely remove Access Client Solutions.
Answer
Remove Access Client Solutions if you used the install script:
1) Run the uninstall Script provided under Windows Application, Mac Application or Linux Application Folders.
2) Manually, remove the iAccessClient folder, iAccessClient_Help, and the iAccessClient_Service folders.
(These will be in the users HomePath IBM Folder on the pc. For example: C:\Users\Public\Documents\IBM)
Note: Step 2 will remove all of users Configuration, including system configuration.
Remove Access Client Solutions if you manually deployed without using the install script:
1) Remove the files from where the product is launched from. To determine open Client Solutions and go to "Help About" this will give you a path of where the product is launched from. For example:
C:\Users\Public\IBM\ClientSolutions\acsbundle.jar. Delete the ClientSolutions folder.
2) Remove the iAccessClient folder, iAccessClient_Help, and the iAccessClient_Service folders.
(These will be in the users HomePath IBM Folder on the pc. For example: C:\Users\Public\Documents\IBM)
Note: Step 2 will remove all of users Configuration, including system configuration.
NOTE: If you are deploying from a network drive be careful you don't remove the product for ALL USERs.
