How to Troubleshoot FastMap Errors

Problem

The purpose of this TechNote is to guide an administrator through some steps that could help to fix a problem with the execution of the FastMap tool. This TechNote is not intended for troubleshooting validation messages. For that kind of troubleshooting you must review the other links in the related URLs.

Symptom

When you select the FastMap file to import and click on Import Data button, the message "An exception has occurred during data validation. Please contact your System Administrator" appears.

In <OPServer>-OPNode#Server#-aurora.log you can find next error:

  • ERROR _fastMap on <OPServer>
    Exception running FastMap Upload report.
