How to suppress duplicate rows within Query Studio.

Problem

How to suppress duplicate rows within Query Studio using the 'Automatically summarize detail values, suppressing duplicates' option. For example, a result set in Query Studio where the expected number of rows is 4. Fictional Data Example: Payee No Seq No Payment Date ======= ==== =========== 1 1 2000/01/02 1 2 2000/01/03 1 3 2000/01/04 1 4 2000/01/04 After selecting all three columns to be included in the Query Studio report, I get all 4 rows returned. If only selecting Payee No and Payment Date, the query returns only three rows: Payee No Payment Date ======= =========== 1 2000/01/02 1 2000/01/03 1 2000/01/04 The 2 rows for payment date 2000/01/04 have been grouped together.
