Problem
How to start panaces service
Symptom
You will not able to browose IBM RO URL.
Cause
Panaces service stopped.
It could? be due to server reboot.
Due to some network/IP changes in server.
Due to less memory in the server.
Due to less java memory in the server.
Environment
Linux Server
Resolving The Problem
If panaces service is not running then run then below commands:
1. check the service status
/opt/panaces/bin/panaces status
2. Start service
/opt/panaces/bin/panaces start
3. check once again status
/opt/panaces/bin/panaces status
4. verify from console log if its successfully started
tail -f /opt/panaces/var/log/console.log
once you received? "successfully started" then open URL in browser.
