Summary
This will provide details on how to setup notifications using the Client Communication Center. These notifications include communications in relation to system outages, system upgrades, system maintenance, interim Fix (iFix) installation, among other things.
Objective
Each ELM SaaS customer has a Dashboard in the Client Communication Center.
The prefix for each of the Dashboards is: https://status.ai-apps-comms.ibm.com followed by /Customer ID
Example: https://status.ai-apps-comms.ibm.com/Customer_ID
To receive the announcements, a customer must have a Valid IBM ID and requested to be subscribed to announcements for a specific ELM SaaS deployment.
If you do not have an IBM ID, you can create one here: Signup for an IBM ID
If you can access the dashboard, then you can subscribe other users in your organization to receive notifications (They must have an IBM ID).
If you cannot access the dashboard, please reach out to IBM support to enable your access.
During the initial onboarding process, the designated Jazz Admins on record were provided access to this dashboard.
If one of your users receives a "not authorized" message and you would like them to access the Dashboard, please reach out to IBM support to enable their access.

There are two components to the Dashboard:
1. Those that can actually access the Dashboard (Authorized Users)
2. Those that receive system notifications (Subscribed Users)
Steps
Using your Customer ID, go to https://status.ai-apps-comms.ibm.com/Customer ID
Once there you will see a dashboard like this

If you are not subscribed you'll see a banner similar to the one in yellow at the top.
To Setup Notifications follow the below steps
1. From the Client Communication Center Dashboard, click on E-Mail Subscription
2. Fill out the form based on your needs

Important Note:
Please be sure you have multiple people setup to receive the notifications to be sure urgent updates aren't missed.
You can also view previous notifications and who received these notifications on the dashboard
