How to resolve the ICM Web Client error that occurs for both Export to Excel and Generate PDF? (An internal error has occurred. Contact the system administrator for assistance.)
Answer
If the Web Users are encountering 'An internal error has occurred. Contact the system administrator for assistance.' error both when attempting to Export to Excel and Generate PDF their Reports, this may be due to an error on the Web or Webapp Server.
Please restart the Web Server (if your environment is On-Premise) or engage our Cloud Team to restart the Web Server (if your ICM Web is hosted by IBM) to resolve this error.
This applies to all versions of ICM.
