The ELK services are in ERROR status. In the ELK services logs, there are many following errors:
in manager-err.log.<hostname>.<clustername>
/opt/ibm/cws221-cucc/integration/elk/1.4/scripts/manager.sh: fork: Cannot allocate memory
in es-err.log.master.<hostname>.<clustername>
./common.inc: fork: Cannot allocate memory
/opt/ibm/cws221-cucc/integration/elk/1.4/scripts/esjobmonitor.sh: fork: Cannot allocate memory
......
