How to resolve the "clock skew high" message?
Cause
The cause for this warning message is that there are too large clock gap between primary node and compute node.
Answer
1. Change the clock on compute node. Set the clock gap between compute node and primary node as shorter than 1 minute.
2. Restart the lsf service on compute node.
lsf_daemons stop
lsf_daemons start
3. Wait about 30 minutes. Then, the "clock skew high" messages disappear.
