Summary

In the Datacap Navigator, once the desktop keeps idle for more than 5 minutes getting "Cannot connect to the web client" error message.

"Cannot connect to the web client.
This error can be caused by a configuration problem on the web application server or by a problem with a web client. Verify that the URL you used is correct and try to log in again. If the problem persists, ask your system administrator to review the web application server log files."
