How to resolve AES Encryption error that occurs right after the Platform upgrade to 5.0 or above

Troubleshooting


Problem

After upgrading to 5.0, users could encounter  "The AES Encryption Keystore Password is not Valid for this TRIRIGA Server".

Symptom


Server log shows below messages:  
"ERROR [com.tririga.platform.error.ErrorHandler](Default Executor-thread-18) Report handled exception: com.tririga.platform.error.PlatformRuntimeException: The tririga-props-db keystore could not be found.[MID-865216975 ]com.tririga.platform.error.PlatformRuntimeException: The tririga-props-db keystore could not be found."
 
and
 

"[TririgaPropsDBKeystoreUpgrade] needs upgrading."
