How To
Summary
Customer had a working Controller Web system for some time (for example several months). After a while, the Controller Web suddenly stopped working (could not logon to the Controller Web system).
After diagnosing the problem, it is found that the 'backend' ('fcm.web') subsystem is the culprit. However, it seems impossible to work out what file is damaged/corrupt, so therefore they would like to reset the whole fcm.web backend portion of the system.
How can the customer do this?
