Steps
To request an SSAE SOC2 report for IBM Cloud please follow the below steps
- Open a case for Blueworks Live product in IBM Support Portal.
- Complete request form SOC_2_External_Request_Form.txt
- Upload form to case by using the secure FTP server.
- A few days later, the report is delivered to the email in the request form(not through the support case).
