Troubleshooting
Problem
Is it possible to drop some variables in an IBM SPSS Statistics data file without having to do this manually? ie: The data file includes 10 variables named v1 to v10. The variables that should be dropped are: v2, v3, v4, v5, v7, v8 and v9. The remaining variables in the active file should be reordered into v10, v1 and v6. How can this be done using Syntax?
