Problem
Redirecting all HTTP requests to HTTPS in Tomcat for QMF Server and repository connections does not work.
Symptom
When trying to automatically redirect all HTTP request to HTTPS in Tomcat, for QMF Server and repository connections, users will note that the connection will not be established.
