Problem

The requirement for which this document was created for was to take a varying length numeric value (maximum of 9 digits), pad the number with zeros from the left, convert the number to a string and format it as follows ##-###-#### Example: Original data stored as: 112223333 55 987643 Resulting data: 11-222-3333 00-000-0055 00-098-7643
