Troubleshooting
Problem
To move a TI process from a TM1 development instance to a TM1 production instance you copy the corresponding PRO-file, the object file having a file suffix of ".pro" from the database directory of the TM1 development instance to the database directory of the TM1 production instance. This is not sufficient when you intend to move a TI process accessing the TM1 Package Connector from a TM1 development instance to a TM1 production instance: In addition to the PRO-file you must also copy the BPB-file, the object file having the same file name as the PRO-file but a file suffix of ".blb" instead of ".pro". The BLB-file includes details about the package and the queries the TM1 Package Connector is going to access when the TI process is executed.
Symptom
If you fail to copy the corresponding BLB-files, these errors will be returned when you execute TI processes accessing the TM1 Package Connector:
TM1: IBM Cognos DataSource package not installed.
