Summary

Customer is experiencing a problem which requires them to enable / disable the Controller add-in.
- For example, the user may have a third-party (non-IBM) Excel addin installed, and this is clashing with the Controller Excel add in).

How can the end user easily change their Excel settings, so that they can enable / disable the Controller add-in when they want to?
