Problem
How to handle bad service configuration file exception while compiling the build and files from Jenkins and command line ?
Symptom
When a normal user without administrator privileges logged into the machine and try to compile the test, then an exception with Bad configuration error is showing up in the command line. This issue is not observed when user logs in with an administrator account.
