How to get a dynamic Y axis scale when a chart is used inside a repeater

Question & Answer

Question

When a chart is used inside a repeater, by default Cognos will assign the same Y axis range to each interation of the chart. If there is a large difference in the data ranges of the resulting charts, the results may be undesirable. Having the Y axix range set dynamicly for each chart based on that chart's data range would look better
