How do you force the VNC console to IBM Cloud Orchestrator requests to use the HTTPS?
Cause
VNC Console to IBM Cloud Orchestrator instances is called from Horizon GUI (ICO Administration) using a web request, but this request is not secured as it uses http.
Answer
Set the novncproxy_base_url setting to HTTPS url by adding additional statements to the nova.conf in the default section:
ssl_only=true
cert=/etc/nova/ssl/cloud-cert.pem
key=/etc/nova/ssl/cloud-key.pem
** where the cert and key statements point to your pem files.
